Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made under the brand HTSyndicate, operated by SRJJM Creations Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”).

By purchasing any service, program, or offering, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.

1. Nature of Services

HTSyndicate provides customised, strategy-driven, coaching, consulting, and execution-based services.

Due to the personalised nature of these services, significant time, resources, and intellectual input are allocated immediately after purchase.

2. No Refund Policy (Primary Rule)

Once:

• onboarding is completed, or

• access to any materials, sessions, tools, or strategy is provided, or

• work has commenced,no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Coaching programs

• Consulting services

• Strategy sessions

• Done-for-you or customised deliverables

• Digital products with access granted

3. Limited Refund Eligibility (Before Work Begins)

Refund requests may be considered only if:

• The request is made before onboarding begins, and

• No service, session, or material has been accessed or delivered.

If approved:

• A processing and administrative fee may be deducted.

• Refunds are processed at the Company’s sole discretion.

4. Dissatisfaction Resolution (No Refunds)

If you are dissatisfied with any part of the service:

• Please contact us immediately.

• We will attempt resolution through clarifications, revisions, or additional support.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, change of mind, or unmet expectations.

5. Delays or Service Disruptions

In rare cases where delays occur due to reasons solely attributable to the Company:

• The Company may offer service extensions, credits, or alternative solutions.

• Refunds are not guaranteed and remain at the Company’s discretion.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the Company:

• Will be treated as a violation of this policy.

• May result in immediate termination of services.

• The Company reserves the right to contest chargebacks legally.

7. Cancellations by the Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse services due to:

• Policy violations

• Misconduct

• Non-cooperation

• Abuse or harassment

In such cases, no refunds are guaranteed.
