Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for programs bought on salessystembuilder.com from Suraj More (High Ticket Syndicate).
1. The One Skill Workshop (₹47)
The workshop is a low-cost live event with limited seats, and your seat is reserved as soon as you pay. For this reason, workshop fees are non-refundable once the payment succeeds, except in the cases listed in Section 3.
2. Recording + VIP Pack (₹499)
The VIP Pack includes digital products (the workbook and recording access) that are delivered after purchase. It is non-refundable once access has been delivered, except in the cases listed in Section 3.
3. When we will give a full refund
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Failed order: money was taken from your account, but the order failed and you did not get a confirmation.
- Cancelled by us: we cancel the workshop and do not offer a new date.
- Rescheduled by us: we move the workshop to a new date and you cannot attend. You must ask for the refund within 7 days of the reschedule notice.
- Not delivered: you bought the VIP Pack and did not receive the workbook or recording access within 7 days of the workshop, and we could not fix this after you contacted us.
4. Cancellation by you
You may choose not to attend at any time. Cancelling a paid registration does not qualify for a refund, except in the cases in Section 3. If you cannot attend live and bought the VIP Pack, you can still watch the recording.
5. How to request a refund
Email surajdmteam@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment, or of the cancellation or reschedule notice. Please include:
- Your full name, email address and phone number used at registration
- Your order ID or payment reference number
- The reason for the refund request
6. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (the same UPI ID, card, bank account or wallet) within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the amount in your account.
