These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of salessystembuilder.com (the "Website") and to any program you buy from it. The Website is operated by Suraj More under the brand High Ticket Syndicate ("we", "us", "our"). Our registered address is Floor No.: W/39, Flat No. 1805, Lodha Amara, Thane, Maharashtra – 400607, India. By registering or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide live online training for coaches, including The One Skill Workshop (a live 2-day workshop on Zoom) and the optional Recording + VIP Pack. Program details, schedules and prices are shown on the relevant sales page and on our Programs & Pricing page.
2. Eligibility and registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to register.
- You must give a correct name, email address and WhatsApp/mobile number. We use these to send your joining link and updates.
- Each registration is for one person. Joining links and recordings must not be shared, resold or redistributed.
3. Pricing and payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments, using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We do not store your card or bank details.
- Your registration is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. You will then see a confirmation page and receive the details on WhatsApp and/or email.
- We may change prices for future purchases at any time. Changes do not affect orders already paid for.
4. Delivery of services
- All programs are delivered online. Nothing is shipped physically.
- The Zoom joining link for live sessions is shared on WhatsApp and/or email before the session starts.
- If you bought the Recording + VIP Pack, the sales workbook and recording access are shared digitally. The recording stays available for 1 year from the workshop date.
- You are responsible for a stable internet connection and a device that can run Zoom. We are not responsible for sessions missed because of your own technical issues.
5. Schedule changes
If we have to reschedule a live session for reasons beyond our control, we will tell you the new date by WhatsApp and/or email. Your registration stays valid for the new date. Refunds for cancelled or rescheduled sessions follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All workshop content, frameworks, scripts, workbooks, recordings and materials belong to Suraj More. They are for your personal use only. You may not record, copy, share, resell or publish them without our written permission.
7. Conduct during live sessions
Please be respectful to the host and other participants. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session, spams or behaves abusively, without a refund.
8. No guarantee of results
Our programs are educational. Results depend on your own effort, experience, skills and market conditions. We do not guarantee any particular income, business result or outcome. Any examples or testimonials are not typical and are not a promise of results.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a program is limited to the amount you paid for that program.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra, India.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the "Last updated" date.
